Sync directly from iPad to Watch

iPhone and iPad use the same bluebell app. Edit training, countdowns, Flows, and reminders on iPad and send them directly to Watch through iCloud, without an iPhone relay.

How to sync

  1. Sign in to the same iCloud account on iPad and Apple Watch and keep both online.
  2. Finish editing on iPad and review the complete configuration saved there.
  3. Open bluebell on Apple Watch and keep it in the foreground.
  4. Return to the iPad home screen, tap “Sync,” and wait for “Synced to Watch.”

Switching between iPhone and iPad

Each device keeps its own draft; drafts do not automatically merge or update each other. Each sync sends the full configuration. The last version actually accepted by Watch is used for the next activity. Check Flows, reminders, and training settings before switching editing devices.

An activity in progress keeps its starting snapshot. iPhone continues to sync through its paired connection; iPad uses iCloud and does not require iPhone to be online.

If multiple Watches use the same account, those running the new bluebell app in the foreground can receive the configuration. Success means at least one Watch saved it, not that every Watch finished simultaneously.

Privacy and connectivity

The synced snapshot includes training settings, countdowns, Flow names and definitions, reminders, and local notification preferences. It is stored in your private iCloud database. Closing iPad or losing its connection does not affect an activity already running on Watch.
